Summer Pavilion: This restaurant features modern Cantonese cuisine in a beautifully designed, lantern-inspired space. The dishes are crafted to be shared, fostering a communal dining experience. Pair your meal with fine Chinese teas and selections from an extensive wine cellar. The private dining room can host up to 10 guests, perfect for intimate gatherings.
Iwau: The Japanese word for “to celebrate,” Iwau lives up to its name with a lively Chef’s Table set under the stars. The open-air setting adds to the ambiance, where fresh seafood and meat dishes are complemented by a wide selection of Japanese sakes, whiskies, and teas. This was my favorite dining experience at the resort. Sharing the Chef’s Table with other guests during sunset was incredible, and the chef’s attention to my food preferences was hugely appreciated.
Beach Shack: Embracing a Mediterranean vibe, Beach Shack offers a relaxed atmosphere with sand underfoot and the sea just steps away. Enjoy shared plates and grilled seafood, along with fruit- and herb-driven cocktails. DJs set the mood throughout the day, and themed nights add to the fun.
Eau Bar: This venue exudes laid-back glamour and offers a near-adult-only feel. Indulge in fresh oysters, caviar, and organic cocktails while enjoying a relaxed setting perfect for reading a book or simply unwinding. Each evening, sunset is celebrated with a captivating ritual, making it a memorable spot for both lunch and evening cocktails.
Arabesque: Step into a traditional Bedouin tent and embark on a culinary journey from Lebanon to North India. Arabesque features a sunken dining room adorned with hanging lanterns and colorful fabrics. The menu includes shareable mezze platters, tandoor-grilled meats, Moroccan tea, and creative cocktails.
Tum Tum: Located at Fari Marina Village, Tum Tum serves Asian street food in a casual, vibrant setting. Savor meat- and vegetable-filled bao buns, steamed dumplings, aromatic soups, and flavorful noodle dishes. It’s the perfect spot for a quick and delicious meal.

The signature Maldivian Rejuvenation treatment combines organic coconut scrub, warm coconut oil massage, and a coconut milk bath for a truly rejuvenating experience.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by the friendliest team, and a member of the staff warmly welcomes you by blowing a conch shell, a gesture rooted in local Maldivian culture. My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, was nothing short of magical. I was stunned by its natural beauty, from the pristine beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters to the panoramic sunset and sunrise views visible from every corner of the island. The modern and ultra-creative architecture seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings, creating a breathtaking aesthetic. Biking around the island along palm tree-studded paths was such unforgettable experience that added to the overall charm.
What truly stood out was the personalized service and approach. Each restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements, ensuring every meal was a pleasure. Despite being a large property, the resort feels incredibly private and serene, allowing for a peaceful and intimate experience.
This was undoubtedly one of my favourite hotel stays ever. The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands deserves all the awards and accolades it receives, as it excels in providing an exceptional and unforgettable luxury experience.
